Question by What should i do: Is it normal to have vaginal pain after having sex the first time?

My girlfriend and i just had sex for the first time. She is complaing about a vaginal pain that has lasted for 2 days now. Is this normal? How long does it last? Is there anything to avoid it or get rid of it?

yes, this is very normal especially if she is a virgin. and it will go away after you guys start having sex regularly. It will hurt for a while when you do it though but like i said it is totally normal. Aslo, you could try and avoid it or try to make it hurt less by being gentle and not being so hard and fast and all that , it makes it worse lol... so for awhile just be gentle when you guys have sex
