Should a man regret making a havening sex with a mother, if this created a little girl, and the father know, that he can never see her, but also does not have to pay child support. He made the mother very happy by bring her into the world.

Yes and no.........Yes because even though you may know of the child you will never be involved in the life of your offspring and that is something to regret I assure you.
But on the other hand you know how many woman go out these days and have a one night stand just so they can have a child or the money they will spend paying for IVF or AI if the child is loved and very wanted then you should be proud that you had something to do with making this woman's life complete.
