My wife has a very low (almost no) sex drive now after giving birth to my 3 yo son. Can someone help us?

We have tried many things including DHEA. We're pretty much lost. If someone else has been though something similar, we would appreciate any help. Thanks.

has the doctor checked her testosterone levels? I have low testosterone and he put me on a testosterone cream.
